(a College Student) from Westerville writes...I am nineteen years old and a sophomore in college.  This past summer I bought my own car.  I was very excited about it and spent most of my savings on buying it.  Although I had it inspected before I bought it, the inevitable occured and I ran into troubles.  My air conditioner broke.  Because my entire dash had to be taken out, I received an estimate from another place, and it was going to be very expensive and more than I could afford.  In looking for another opinion I ran across Hometown.  Not only were they able to fix it for less, but also offered me a 10% discount for being a student.  This was very helpful, and I ended up being able to afford it.  On top of that, everyone is very friendly and treated me as a respected customer.  They didn't try and take advantage of the fact that I am young and inexperienced in dealing with car repair.  I also needed to get my car repaired during a small window of time when I was on break from school and they were able to accommodate.  I will definitely be returning, and my positive experience convinced my family to start going there too.
