I can always count on getting the best value for my car when I go to Hometown. Although I live in Bexley, I know that the service I get at Hometown is worth the extra drive. I look forward to continuing to have my car serviced at Hometown, and I recommend it to my friends.

...What a nice touch for you to follow-up with me on my experience at Hometown.
I have been telling others about you and yours the most recent being my mother-in-law just yesterday.
You have had my Pontiac twice since the first of the month, once for the transmission and again for an alternator replacement.
I am most satisfied because you have done what you said you would,,,,,,,,,,when you said you would do it,,,,,,,,,,,at a reasonable price,,,,,,,,, and I've not had to make a second trip to get something fixed that was a result of something not being buttoned up right in the first place.
In the case of the alternator, I had the part but not the tools or the time to do the job myself. When I asked Hometown to install a part I already had, I really expected a "no" answer. Instead, what I got a "yes" answer and was told that the job could not be guaranteed (which I expected too). In short, you did what I asked you to do.
I hadn't known about Hometown until just prior to my first visit. I've worked with (name removed protect privacy) for years and had been keeping up on Todd's recuperation. It was during one of those conversations that I heard where Todd worked. Also during that conversation another co-worker, M.J. (name removed to protect privacy), indicated his pleasure with what you had done for him.
I'm glad I now know of your business and tho I can't say "I hope to be back soon",,,,,,,when the next time comes, I will call Hometown first :-)
Thanks again for your note.
Best regards...

I've been a Hometown Service Center customer for the last seven years. People need to be able to trust that their mechanic will fix their vehicle for a fair price, and that's what Tim and his staff are all about. They are also very friendly and approachable. I'm glad I found them.

I have always done all my own maintenance on my vehicles because I have never really trusted anyone else to do it. I am very happy to have found Hometown Service Center which I now trust to be fair, honest and perform quality maintenance on my vehicles.

We are relatively new customers but would love to offer a testimonial to our Hometown Service Center.
We just moved into Westerville from out of state and had stopped in a coffee shop on State Street and found your business cards and flyers while waiting for our order. We were looking for an honest and fair place for when we needed to have work done on our cars and we asked the attendant if they could recommend your garage and she said absolutely.
As luck would have it (or not have it depending on how you look at it), we had a major mechanical breakdown on our car late that Friday night. I called Tim up early the next morning, fully expecting the car would be in work for several days. Much to our surprise, Tim not only accepted the work, he called back a short while later to say that the car was finished and we were ready to go. On the same day, a Saturday no less! Awesome!!
You have the friendliest staff, especially the ones with 4 legs and wagging tails. And the candy and treat bags are a nice touch. All the best on your new web site and our prayers to your continued success. See you soon. But not too soon. Take care..

...I am nineteen years old and a sophomore in college. This past summer I bought my own car. I was very excited about it and spent most of my savings on buying it. Although I had it inspected before I bought it, the inevitable occured and I ran into troubles. My air conditioner broke. Because my entire dash had to be taken out, I received an estimate from another place, and it was going to be very expensive and more than I could afford. In looking for another opinion I ran across Hometown. Not only were they able to fix it for less, but also offered me a 10% discount for being a student. This was very helpful, and I ended up being able to afford it. On top of that, everyone is very friendly and treated me as a respected customer. They didn't try and take advantage of the fact that I am young and inexperienced in dealing with car repair. I also needed to get my car repaired during a small window of time when I was on break from school and they were able to accommodate. I will definitely be returning, and my positive experience convinced my family to start going there too.

Hometown Service Center is always my first choice when I need car service. I can always count on the staff to be accommodating to my schedule, and give me the complete picture about what needs to be done with my car. There’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity – and I get that and more with the entire staff. I would recommend Hometown to all of my friends and family.

My father and I both trust our vehicles to Hometown. Tim and his staff make you feel like you are the most important customer every time you come in for work. Their knowledge of both foreign and domestic cars and suv's is outstanding. Hometown always provides fast, professional service at a fair price!

Tim knows the car repair business very well including what can be done to get a 20 year old car to run like it was new. I find fewer and fewer mechanics who are knowledgeable about cars of this age. Tim also teaches his young mechanics what to do to my car and lets them do the work.
On my recent visit to Hometown Service Center I had several problems with my car's performance including loud engine noise while car was idling, dieseling after the engine was turned off, engine stalling while car was in motion, and difficulty starting the car on very cold mornings. I still must
take the car on a long interstate highway drive to comply with the instructions I received when I picked up the car. However, the car is not having the problems that I described when I turned it over to The Hometown Service Center.
Tim has a good relationship with his customers. While my car was being repaired, he pointed out the problems that he was repairing on my distributor.
The bill the customer receives when the car is picked up is very detailed and includes the name of the mechanic that performed each operation and the cost of that operation.
Of special importance to me was Tim's realization of my attachment to this model of car for 25 years. He, on his own initiative, introduced me to the ALLPAR website and printed out for me a copy of their article on the Dodge Omni and Plymouth Horizon. It gave me the entire history of these models and was something that I did not know existed. It is a treasure for me.
